Portfolio.

I’ve taken the time today to update the pages of my portfolio, to give some insight as to why the artwork was produced in the first place. Before, it was merely a collection of images so hopefully now they accompanying text gives them some reason or justification!

CV.

A mixture of reasons has meant the development of my site has ground to a halt, and being a designer with an under construction page is slightly (highly) embarrassing. For the meantime then, this will serve as the front-end of the site. With this in mind, and if you’re visiting to download my CV, please visit the link on the right or right-click and save as on the button below.

Portfolio update.

I’m in the process of uploading my portfolio to the site so you don’t have to download the PDF to view it (although I’d be grateful if you did that too!) Just click on the links beneath Portfolio on the right.

Unearthed - further Soul Estate work.

Beats of Rage

Beats of Rage

I was using Picasa to search my computer for pieces I’d forgotten about, and stumbled upon this graphic I made for Soul Estate in 2005. A (not too) subtle play on the video game Streets of Rage, it depicts two members – Dirty Hairy and Brassik – set against part of the title screen graphics from the game itself. I think it was intended for their MySpace page or perhaps an idea for a website?

New blog.

Thank you for coming to visit my blog.

I’ve made several attempts to maintain a blog over the years for varying reasons – I initially floundered with content after the initial curiosity – and I have set this up as a means of quickly posting thoughts and graphic morsels. I will probably from time to time post musings of my current social status; unemployed for almost three weeks after redundancy and adjusting to it.

With that, I will sign off with the hope that content will be more forthcoming this time around, and that my own corner of the web won’t be completely wasted!
